Hello and welcome to PT on Panckhurst! I’m Laura, owner and trainer.
I offer a personal training, fitness and rehab service all rolled into one. My services specialize in getting people fit and healthy who may struggle due to injuries or medical conditions. I run classes at the local community hall (times below) and 1:1 sessions from my private studio in Woodend.
> Circuits for Seniors: every Monday 9am and 10am (Woodend Community Hall). This is an ACC accredited class with exercises proven to improve strength, fitness, mobility and confidence with a view to preventing falls. Low impact exercises that will still challenge your muscles, and sometimes your brain!
> BoxFit: every Monday and Weds 6pm (Woodend Community Hall). A non-contact boxing fitness class that involves combinations on the pads mixed in with strengthening exercises to give you a fantastic all over work out. See your fitness, strength, muscle tone and confidence improve all while relieving some stress.
I strongly believe that life is so much more enriched when you have your health and fitness so there’s no “beach bodies in 10 days” or cabbage soup diets, just long-term changes leaving you feeling fit, healthy and great!
